Isn't this the prettiest little piggy you ever have seen?Acutally my love for this little girl grew and grew once we emptied her and found out she held over $200!
I couldn't believe it!
We have been stuffing loose change in her for the past few months and have told the kids it is our "fun" money to blow on the extras when we go on vacation this summer. We didn't plan on emptying her out so soon, but she was so full, she really couldn't hold another coin. My mind is spinning thinking of all the fun stuff we can do with the money! It feels like 'free money', like the kind you find tucked in an old coat you haven't worn in months and forgot there was money hiding in the pockets! Oh the possibilities!
I can't wait to start 'feeding' her again and see how quickly we can fill her up!

I love doing that! There are banks here in Philly that have what they call a "Penny Arcade". You can take your change jar and dump it in there and it will sift it all and count it for you, free of charge. They make it into a game for kids, so that the kids get a chance to guess the total amount and win a prize if they guess it. Of course, my 40-year-old "kid" of a husband loves the game aspect of it...
