We've definitely had Disney on the brain lately as we prepare for our much needed vacation.
Micah asked everyone what our favorite Disney movies were.
Brian: "Fox and the Hound"
Sara: "Lady and the Tramp"
Savanna: "Beauty and the Beast" or "Cinderella"
Micah: "Peter Pan"
I realized that it has been a long, long time since we have watched any of these movies. They are all on VHS and we only have DVD players hooked up to our TV's. So when we had a good rainy day this Saturday, I decided it was the perfect time to hook up the VCR and have a Disney movie marathon.
Toby hates ~ I mean HATES ~ thunder storms! Although we have covered porches on the front and back of our house along with a very nice doghouse, we showed mercy on him and let him in to ride out the storm.
When the scene from "Lady and the Tramp" where Lady is a puppy crying and whining came on, Toby went bonkers!
They must have recorded a real puppy crying because Toby RAN right up to the TV, jumped on his hind legs and tried his best to rescue the crying pup.
He was just so darn cute tilting his head back and forth.
We actually replayed the scene several times to watch his reaction.
He even ran to the backside of the TV stand to look for the puppy.
That is so funny...sometimes Louie will perk his ears up when there is a baby crying on TV...so cute!
