We started a new Christmas tradition at our church with a chili cook off and cookie exchange.
Our judges here took their role quite seriously and even asked for sherbet to 'cleanse their palates'!
Big thanks to my friend Becky for giving me the recipe for my Monster Cookies!
The youth ensemble also did a great job sharing some Christmas songs during the worship service that evening.
Eli was very proud to add Chili cook off KING to his resume!
Maybe Bro Phil thought he was supposed to be a judge too because he made himself THREE separate bowls of chili!
And just for the record, he finished them all and went back for MORE!
