I apologize for the poor quality of this picture. It was taken out of the car window as we were driving to an out of town wedding. I couldn't believe my eyes and couldn't find my camera fast enough!

What is on the menu?
What is the marketing strategy being used here?
Is this a chain restaurant?
Am I on Candid Camera?
Is this a result of the recession?
Would this be considered "Going Green?"
Google it! It's terrible! "You kill it, we grill it!" among other things BLECH!
